So criticizing the makeup is pre mature. If u attend or listen to the meetings the taxpayers members and the employee members seem to be on the same page trying to fix the system. This would become a permanent change that could never be lowered. However, this increase would have to be paid for, though I am not sure how they account for the COLA. I don't know if it is part of normal costs or if employers are alone responsible for it.
